TENO NETWORK TECHNOLOGIES COMPAMY LIMITED and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Teno”,”TENO”,”we”,”us” or “our”) take your privacy seriously. We understand your concern over the use and sharing of your information, and are glad for your trust for our careful and sensitive handling of this matter. This Policy describes how we collect and deal with your personal information when you use our products and services, including:
(1) TENO Hardware products, (including our mesh WiFi systems, and routers),
(2) All TENO-owned websites and domains and website(s) that may be accessed at https://www.imeshforce.com/,
(3) services, including technical support and services accessible through the Sites(“Web Apps”or “Mobile Apps”),
(4) software that may be downloaded to your smartphone or tablet to access services(“Mobile Apps”), and
(5) subscriptions services, including services you can access using the Web Apps and Mobile Apps (“Subscription Services”).

Third parties may also integrate Meshforce’s Products and Services into their products and services and we are not responsible for this integration. Please remember that the manner in which these third parties use, store and disclose your information is governed by the policies that apply to these third parties’ products and services. Since we do not control the privacy policy of third parties, we encourage you to review the policies of any third party to whom you choose to share your personal information directly.

IF YOU USE OUR PRODUCT AND SERVICES, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS. THE TERMS SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT AS LONG AS YOU USE OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

The categories of information collected.
We will ask you for necessary information in order to provide our services. If you refuse to do so, we may not be able to provide our products and services. We designate information concerning you: we may collect and use your information, such as your My Mesh account.
Location information (only used for specific services/functions): various types of information concerning your location, such as region and country codes, city code, mobile network code, mobile device country code, cell identification code, area name, latitude and longitude information, time zone settings and language settings.
Login information: information concerning some functions, mobile applications and websites that you use, such as cookies and other anonymous identifier technologies, IP addresses, network request information, temporary message history, standard system logs, system crash information, and so on.
Other information: Environment Characteristic Value (ECV) (values derived from My Mesh account, mobile phone ID, connected Wi-Fi account and location).
Account vouchers: Information concerning your account vouchers, such as password, password security questions and answers.
We may also collect various types of aggregated, anonymized and unmarked anonymous information that do not directly or indirectly related to a specific person. For example, when a particular service is used, the device model and system version of the mobile phone may be collected. Such kind of collection aims at improving the service quality we provide to you. 2. How these information may be used
We may use personal information for the following purposes:
To provide, process, maintain, improve and develop our products and/or services as well as services provided through devices and Teno.
To communicate with you about your devices, services and any common queries (such as update, device firmware/software upgrade, customer consulting support, relevant information and notification).
To carry out marketing-concerning activities, such as providing marketing and promotion related information and updates. For more marketing and promotion related activity information, please see the following section entitled “Direct Marketing”.
To analyze and develop statistical information concerning the use of our products and services, so as to improve our products and services.
To store and maintain information concerning you for our business operation and legal obligation performance.
To provide local services without communication with our servers. 3. Safety measures of Teno
We guarantee the safety of your personal information. To prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or other similar risks, we implement sound physical, electrical and managerial measures and processes, protecting your information collected from the “My Mesh” App. We take all reasonable measures to protect your personal information.

Your personal information will be stored in safe servers, and protected in controlled facilities. We classify your data according to its importance and sensitivity, and ensure the highest safety level for your personal information. We promise that employees and third party service providers who provide products and services to you by accessing these information are under strict contractual confidentiality obligations. They will receive discipline punishment or termination of cooperation if they fail to carry out these obligations. We also have special access control measures for cloud-based data storage. To sum up, we carry out periodic check on our practice in information collection, storage and treatment, preventing any unauthorized access and use.

We will take any practical steps to protect your personal information. However, you must be aware of the insecurity of using the Internet. Therefore, we cannot promise the safety and integrity of personal information during bidirectional transmission through the Internet.

We will take corresponding measures for the disclosure of personal data, such as informing the disclosure to relevant regulatory bodies, or to data owners under certain circumstances according to laws (including your local data protection law).

4. Access, update, correct, eliminate or restrict the processing of your personal information

If there are relevant regulations in the GDPR, we will consider the rationality of the elimination request and take reasonable steps, including technical measures.

We will consider the rationality of the restriction request. use risk management measures and provide systematic methods to manage personal data concerning our employees, management process and information system. In accordance with GDPR, Teno uses the following ways: (1) establish the position of Data Protection Officer (DPO), responsible for data protection.
